About Us

Allysha Dalzell, MSW, SWLC, established Heart and Mind Psychotherapy (Heart and Mind 406) to provide connection-centered care for children 5+ years, teens, adults, and couples throughout Montana (in-person in Helena, Telehealth available). We offer compassionate support for the "heavy stuff" including trauma, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and more. Heart and Mind Psychotherapy emphasizes connection, emotional regulation, and helping clients better understand themselves and their experiences. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, guided by experience, and rooted in the belief that healing doesn't require perfection. We believe that therapy should be a steady guide alongside you: helping you make sense of what you're experience, reconnect with what matters, and discover that progress is possible.

Allysha Dalzell, MSW, SWLC

Social Worker Licensed Candidate, She/her

Allysha offers warm, grounded, and collaborative therapy for adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and serious and persistent mental illness. Her creative and holistic approach emphasizes connection, emotional regulation, and helping clients better understand themselves and their experiences.

Allysha became a therapist to make mental and behavioral health more accessible and understandable and to support people through difficult seasons of life. As a member of a family that includes first responders, veterans, active-duty military members, and public servants, she also understands many of the unique pressures experienced by those who serve others.

Outside the therapy room, Allysha enjoys spending time with her family and critters, working in her garden, and being out among the trees.

Adrianne's Professional Headshot

Adrianne Bombellas, MSW, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I’m Adrienne Bombelles, LCSW, and I believe healing begins in safe, genuine relationships. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, big emotions, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I especially enjoy helping young people express feelings and experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

I draw from various theoretical models, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness-based interventions, while keeping the therapeutic relationship at the center. I am also trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and value working alongside caregivers as partners in their child’s healing. My goal is to help clients feel understood, build meaningful connections, and develop practical tools to move through life with greater confidence and fulfillment.
